Cancellation/refund policy :

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days. During that time window, it is possible to request for cancellation by reaching us at customercare@shreenivassilks.com or using our chat tool on the website . Refunds would be processed within 2 to 4 business days.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Exchange policy :

We take utmost efforts into making sure we only ship quality products. In the rare event that a product is found defective, you can reach us at customercare@shreenivassilks.com or use our chat tool on the website. On verifying the issues, we will ask you to ship the product back to us in order to process the exchange.

Shipping policy :

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days. Delivery takes within 2 business days for Indian addresses and within 5 business days for addressed outside of India. We only ship to certain countries outside of India at the moment and are actively working on increasing the number of countries we ship to.

Once product is shipped, we will immediately notify you and provide tracking details so that you can track your order(s) till delivery. Any queries regarding shipping can be directed to customercare@shreenivassilks.com. Alternatively, you can reach us using the chat tool on the website.

Payment policy :

For now, we support COD and indian debit/credit cards/net banking for orders shipped to addressed within India. For addresses outside india, we accept international credit cards/pay pal. Please note that we direct users to very secure payment gateways for processing the payments. We do not store any sensitive information regarding payments on our servers.
