Shipping policy

Domestic shipments (within India) takes 2-4 business days to deliver while international shipments take 3-7 business days for delivery. 

Shipping within India is free. International shipments are chargeable with the following rates;

While below are standard shipping rates, you will be able to avail discounts based on order weight and order value of up to 15% off on shipping!

      0-1 kilo   : Rs 2400

      1-2 kilos : Rs 3500

      2-3 kilos : Rs 4200

      3-4 kilos : Rs 4700

      4-5 kilos : Rs 5200

      5-6 kilos : Rs 5600

      6-7 kilos : Rs 6000

      7-8 kilos : Rs 6350

      8-9 kilos : Rs 6700

      9-10 kilos : Rs 7000

 

 Beyond 10 kilos, we would split the single order into multiple orders and contact the customer for the extra shipping charges. 

Kindly note that import duties/VAT for international orders, if any, will depend on the country of import. This has to be borne by the customer according to local tax regulations. 

 

Taxation policy

All products on our site are subject to goods and services tax (GST). The tax rates are 5% for saris. We do not collect any other additional taxes at checkout! All shipping rates quoted at checkout are inclusive of GST. Our products are exclusively sold to consumers (B2C) and we don't support B2B billing at the moment.

 

Exchange policy

Each and every sari of ours is painstakingly woven by a skilled weaver. Our quality control team makes sure that the saris are checked for defects before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a sari with defects, you can contact us here for an exchange and we will process the same as soon as we can.
